With Covid-19 still impacting many aspects of our lives, we would like to reassure you of our absolute commitment to keeping things running as normally as possible, whilst adhering to the strict government guidelines.

As long as we manintain the two-metre social distancing rule, we are now able to get back out on site but very often we can assist you and your business by using remote desktop software.  We can access your computer and other devices remotely - anytime of the day or night - in order to provide you with technical support.  You can either join a support session where we 'share the screen', allowing us to talk you through any issues you have, or alternatively, with your permission, we can access an unattended computer to carry out vital work on your behalf.  Whatever your device, we've got you covered!
